3 Ingredient Banana Muffins!

Hey everyone! Im back with an amazing holiday or any day for that matter recipe. You can eat these for breakfast, lunch, dinner or desert with absolutely no guilt! They are gluten free, vegan and can be nut free if you are allergic.

What you will need:
-4-6 bananas
-3 cups of oats
-1/4 cup of milk substitute (I used almond milk but any will work)
- A blender
-cupcake pan or bread pan
-cup cake tins (if needed)
- optional: blueberries, raisins, dried cranberries, any type of nuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla (the sky is the limit)

Steps:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
1. Put 1 1/2 cup of oats into the blender and blend until it turns to a flour consistency.
2. Add the bananas and milk substitute until smooth
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the oats
4. Add any other mix-ins you want
5. Either put parchment paper into your bread pan or cupcake tins into your cupcake pan
6. Fill whatever pan you are using with the mixture like you would normally
7. Put the tray into the over for 20 mins then check on them
8. The time will depend on how thick your bread is or how full your cupcake tins are so keep checking them every 5-10 mins after and take them out when they look good to you (the time in the over does not really matter because there is no egg that needs to be cooked)
9. Once they are done take them out of the oven
10. Let it cool for about 5 mins (or if you are like me you can skip this step)
11. EAT AS MANY AS YOU WANT!

I hope you all try this and let me know what you think! (if you like this type of post let me know) Also check out my Instagram for more food related pics: camrynmichele !

Massive Collective Fall Haul!

Hi everyone! Sorry it has been so long! Over this past month I have done my fair share of shopping and collected quite a bit of clothing that I wanted to share with you all! Lets get right to the haul!

I went to American Eagle Outfitters because I needed jeans because all of my got too worn in and started to get holes and I live in jeans and all the jeans at the store were discounted they were usually $45 and they were on sale for $30!

Then I went to Urban Outfitters and got a few tops!

I couldn't get this to look good on the hanger but I promise that it looks so cute on! Maybe i'll do an outfit of the day with it!!

I also went to American Apparel and got two zip up hoodies that are soo soft!

I also went to Macy's and I have an unhealthy obsession with the brand Free People (ahaha)! I love it so much I think so much of their clothing is so adorable!

I couldn't get this to look good on the hanger either but i'll do an OOTN with it!

This is to wear under shirts and I think it looks so cute under the shirt pictured right below this!

Then I went to Lord and Taylors and I got Hunter Rain boots and the little socks that they make becuase my old rain boots broke and I need a new pair so I decided I should get a nice pair becuase my old ones that I had broke after like 2 months of having them and I only wore them like 6 times. :( And I also got another Free People top becuase they had a promotion going on that for every 100 dollars you spend you get a $25 gift card so I bought the shirt becuase I am in love with it and it also qualified me to get two gift cards!!

Then the last place I went was DSW and I got a pair of combat boots by Steve Madden!

I hope you all enjoyed this haul! Let me know your favorite fall trends for this year in the comments! Have a wonderful day everyone!!

Heatless/ Non damaging curls!

Hey everyone! So I don't know about you but since I have straight hair I always want to curl it or crimp it. But since my hair is straight the heat on the curler has to be turned up on high which is pretty damaging and will cause split ends. I just bought these Conair foam rollers so I am going to show you how I use them!

What you will need for this tutorial!
-1 to 2 packs of foam rollers by Conair depending on length and thickness of hair (I used all the rollers in two packs)
- an old rag or t-shirt
- scissors
-marker
-ruler
-anti-frizz (I use Moroccan oil)
- something to set and hold the curls (I used the Loreal Tousle creme and beach spray because I don't want the crunchy feel of hairspray)
-hair brush
-towel
-A toothpick

Thats all!!

Steps:

Part 1: (Preparing rollers)

1. Open the roller packs and take all the rollers out

2. Remove the plastic clamp on the roller (it is uncomfortable to sleep with)

3. Cut your rag into strips 1 inch thick and 12 inches long (roughly it does not have to be exact)

4. Take a tooth pick to help thread the fabric through the hole of the roller

5. Pull the fabric through and repeat for the rest of the rollers

Part 2: (The tutorial)
1. Take a shower and wash and condition your hair
2. Put your hair in a towel to dry

3. After about 5-10 mins take the towel off and brush your hair
4. Apply your anti-frizz

5. Let your hair dry about 50-60% and apply the tousle creme
6. Let hair continue to air dry (or if its late and your in a rush you can blowdry)
7. Once hair is 95% dry section off your hair and begin to roll (1 inch sections of hair) your hair with the roller and once you reach the top tie the fabric to secure the roller
8. Roll your hair until each section is rolled.

9. Go to bed (It feels like laying on a pillow)
10. When you wake up untie the fabric and take out the roller
11. Play with your hair until you get it the way you like and you are ready for the day!

I love this method of overnight curls because it does not hurt my head by laying on them like most foam rollers do. It is also super fast and there is no fuss, also, roller your hair in the rollers does not have to be perfect because I was going for a messy big curls look! If you want tighter curls however, just roller your hair when it is damper. (If it is too wet it will not dry) I hope you all enjoyed this tutorial! It is so easy to wake up and take out the curlers in the morning and you wake up with gorgeous hair!

(I have hard to curl hair and the curls lasted all day without any hairspray!!!)

Enjoy! Let me know what you think and your favorite way to curl your hair!

Im Back and Better than EVER!

Hey everyone! It has been a crazy long time and I am so sorry for that! I hope you can forgive me please!! I have a new interesting spin on beauty and makeup. My new take on beauty and makeup is that beauty comes from within and the simpler the better! Beauty starts with a healthy diet which is why I eat a primarily raw foods vegan diet. I am going to incorporate my new passion for a healthy lifestyle into my old but still remaining passion of makeup and beauty! I hope you all enjoy this because I am so excited!! This is just a quick little post saying I'm back and explain what you can expect from this blog. I plan on continuing with my reviews, hauls and beauty posts but I am also going to add recipe posts, workout posts and healthy finds!

1-4-All Peel Review

Hey everyone so a little while back if you remember I did a review on the company The Skin Regime. It was a book written by Dana Ramos. The company has come out with their own peel called 1-4-All Peel. As the name states, this is a facial peel that everyone can use!

I was sent this for review purposes but all opinions are my own.

This is a facial peel that works for all skin types and everyone. The reason is because you can build up the intensity. To start for the first time the company (and I) recommend to only use one layer because you need your skin to get used to the peel. After your first couple of times you can build the intensity more (but no more than 4 layers!!). Since lately I have been breaking out which is very rare for me;  I used 3 layers of the peel.

I left the peel on for about 5-10 mins and then I washed it off with soap and water and this morning I saw my pimples are noticeable smaller!! How awesome?!

Overall, I have no negatives to say about this peel. Because it is not very expensive (compared to department store skin care products and salon facials). The only thing is if you have super super sensitive skin I would say this probably isn't the product for you because it does sting a little. But I have sensitive skin and it is fine for me.

The company's website is: http://www.theskinregime.com/
