PURPLE GLITZ!

Hi everyone! Today I am going to do a purple eyeshadow look.

1. Start by priming your eyes with any eyeshadow primer you like!

2. Take the Maybelline Cool Effect Cooling Shadow/ Liner in Cold As Ice 05 and putting it in your inner corner.

3. Now take the Maybelline Cool Effect Cooling Shadow/ Liner in Pretty Cool 15 and put it all over the eyelid. (so your eyelid is purple except fot the inner corner which is white!)

4. After that, take any eyeshadow brush you have (a clean one) and the Maybelline Perfect Pastels eyeshadow in the color Lux Lilac and get some on your brush. Put it on the inner half of your lid.

5. Then, take the Maybelline New York Eyeshadow in the color Lawless Lavender. Put it on the outer half of the lid. (You can use the same brush) Blend the middle of your eyelid where the two colors meet. So there is not a harsh line.

6. Next, take the M.A.C. eyeshadow in the color Creme De Violet with a crease brush start blending it in  to your crease!

7. Take a blending brush and blend blend blend!

8. Lastly, take a big fluffy brush with any light skin tone color (I like the M.A.C. eyeshadow in the color Brule) and use it as a brow bone color!

Hope you enjoy!

REVIEW: ELF Liquid eyeshadow

Hi everyone! This is going to be a review of the elf liquid eyeshadow. I have three colors, sexy silver, sultry satin, misty mauve. I am going to come right out and say... do not spend your money on these! They are only a dollar but it is not worth it. These crease so much and they do not stay really well. If you really really really want to try one I suggest a lighter one because it does not crease as much. In addition, the staying power is not very good. If you were just running out of the house to go to the food store it is o.k. but not for work or school. If you have any more questions on this product leave them in the comments below and I will answer them!

Left: Sultry Satin/ Middle: Sexy Silver/ Right: Misty Mauve

Hope this helps and if you have them let me know what you think of them! :)

DIY Brush Cleaner

Hi everyone! This is going to be a post on how to make your own daily brush cleanser. But first, if you are not a follower please follow me! If you want any more DIY please let me know! Now I will tell you how to make brush cleanser.

What you need:

-A spray bottle
- baby shampoo
-water
- hand soap

Lets get started:

1. Fill up your container half way with water

2. Squeeze in some baby shampoo about a table spoon (two or three maybe if it is a big container)

3. Repeat step 2 but instead of the baby shampoo use the hand soap

4. Shake it up before you use and you are ready to clean your brushes

How to use:

1. Spray a little bit on to a paper towel

2. Take your brush and rub it on the paper towel and once all of the makeup is off your brush you just cleaned your brush with your homemade brush cleaner!

DIY: Lipgloss/ Lip Balm

Hi everyone! I have another DIY today! This time it is going to be how to make lipgloss/ lip balm.

What you need!

- Aquaphor
- Old lipgloss and or lipstick
- container to keep the product
- Mixer and or knife
- Blow dryer  or microwave
- freezer

(You might be asking yourself, what does do I have to do with a blow dryer and a freeze? Just keep reading and you will soon find out!)

Lets get started!

1. Take your container and the Aquaphor. Eyeball the right amount of product to squeeze in to the container.

2. Next, take your lipstick and lipgloss and put a little of each in to the container with the Aquaphor. Use the mixer or the knife and cut the lipstick and then squeeze the lipgloss in to the container as well.
(it might look strange but just trust me!)

3. Blow dry the concoction so it all melts together! (A couple of seconds will be enough or until is is melted)

4. Mix it all together and then put it in the freezer.

5. After 30 minutes take it out the gloss and it should all be solid and ready to put on your lips!

If anyone wants to know how to make any other DIY (i.e. makeup remover, brush cleaner) leave me a comment! Hope you like this!

The best drugstore palette!

Hi everyone! This is going to be a review on the Wet n Wild 8 eyeshadow palette in Comfort Zone. I love this eyeshadow palette because it is so pigmented and inexpensive! Also, it says brow bone, eyelid, crease, and definer so it is very easy to do your eyeshadow! This palette was $4.99.

Swatches of the eyeshadow:

Hope this helped and I definitely recommend this to anyone!

- Go to bed and when you wake up in the morning spray it again.

- Take the braids out and then you have beachy waves!

DO YOU WEAR EYELINER?

Hi everyone! So today I am going to do a post on making your eyeliner last all day and also give all of you some tips. I love the way eyeliner looks but sometimes it is too much of a hassle to keep reapplying. I know learned a couple of tricks to keep you eyeliner on for a really long time!

Tip #1:

When putting eyeliner on your waterline try to find one that is waterproof.

Tip #2:

Before applying the liner take a Q-tip and run it over your waterline to dry it a bit.

Tip #3:

After you apply you eyeliner, get a black eyeshadow (or a very very dark color, almost black)

If you try these trick your eyeliner will last very long throughout the day!
Hope this helped and please leave comments.

Everyday Summer Makeup!

Hey everyone! I have a tutorial for all of you! It is a natural makeup look that is not just for summer. Lets get started!

First: But your tinted moisturizer or foundation it is up to you! (I like tinted moisturizer for summer)

Next: Bronzer! Obviously its summer and you need to get your tan on! Get your bronzer and a brush and just dust it on your face where the sun naturally hits (i.e. nose, forehead, and chin) I am using the hard candy bronzer.

After that: Take a blush and just put it on the apples of your cheeks! I am using the Physicians Formula Happy Booster Blush in the color Natural!

Now it is time for eyes!

I am using the MAC big bounce eyeshadow in the color impeccably rich. I am going to just put this all over my lid up to the brow bone! It is just a light shimmery gold, champagne color.

After: Add some mascara and that is all for the eyes!

Lips:

I am going to use a lip stain because it will last all day but anything  will do just make sure it has SPF.

I am going to dab a little bit of the benetint on my lips. Once it dries I an jsut going to put a Chapstick with SPF to keep my lips moisturized and protected from the sun!

There you go your natural summer makeup look!

Drugstore makeup starters kit!

Hey everyone! This post is going to be what I would recommend makeup wise from the drugstore if you are just starting with makeup or you want to expand your collection!

Drugstore starter kit!

Foundation: I have been really loving the L'oreal magic smooth souffle. This is made  for older ladies but I am not that old and I love it. I love it because it makes my skin so soft and coveres any imperfections. I think if you are age 13 all of the way to age 50 (or higher) Can use this foundation which is why it is in my drugstore starter kit.

Powder: It really depends if you want a translucent  powder or a skin tone powder. For a translucent powder I recommend the elf complexion perfection and for a skin tone powder I recommend the elf mineral foundation. (Yes I am aware that it says foundation but I like to use it as a powder!)

Bronzer: I have been loving the hard candy powder bronzer.

Blush: I love love love the Physicians formula Happy Boosting Blush. Mine is in the color natural. I love this blush because it will look beautiful on any skin tone and it also smells so good and it really does boost your mood!

Concealer: I have not really found one that I love from the drugstore so you might have to spend a little more money on lets just say a MAC on. If you found a good concealer let me know in the comments and I will test it out!

Eye primer: I made a post on how to make your own eyeshadow primer and that is what I like to use as my drugstore primer!

Eyeshadow: I have to eyeshadow palettes that I love! The first one is the N.Y.C. individual eyes custom compact for green eyes. I love this because first it comes with its own primer and also you get 4 gorgeous eyeshadows. The second palette I love is the wet n wild 8 eyeshadow palette in the color Comfort Zone they are such pigmented colors and I absolutely love them. (Some colors are dupes for MAC eyeshadows) I like to buy palettes because you get more colors and also they all look good together and you can do so many looks. If you are starting off with makeup I recommend buying a palette!

Mascara: I do not really have one because I get a new one every month and I usually try a new one because mascaras go bad so you have to throw them out each month!

Lipgloss: I am not going to recommend any brand just because I have so many that I love and I use all of them equally! But I will recommend the type of color to but! I would buy a light shimmery pink gloss!

Lipstick: I do not recommend lipstick because if you are just starting with makeup you are not that old and you do not need lipstick!

Hope you enjoyed and let me know if you want to know anything that I did not say for example a highlighter ask in the comments because I have read every single comment!
