Tip of the Day 2/29/12

Hey everyone! The tip of the day is...........

Do you have droopy eyes? Well not for long! All you have to do is line the top eyelid with liner at the outter corner or the lash line and make it a little thicker towards the outer corner. To make it a look a little softer, apply eye shadow on top of the liner or smudge it out!
