Hey everyone! Today was a little bit harder than day one, I had a lot more cravings for real food! I really missed real food and am getting a little bit sick of the juice that I had been making so I have been looking for other recipes but the one that I have used so far has been:
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
2 parsley stems
a tiny piece of ginger root
2 sticks of celery
1 orange
1/2 lemon
3 kale leaves
If you have any other recipes for juice please let me know! :)
I am thinking about doing weekly weigh ins so you guys will be able to see how much I am losing (if I can make it a week haha). I think 30 days might be to long so I am just going to take it one day at a time. I have taken before pictures of myself and at the end of my juice fast I will post them along with my after photos! So keep checking back.
Also, if I do "break" the fast for one meal, I will just continue it after, because 30 is a long time to only be drinking juice! haha I do not know if it is bad to break the fast, but it does not matter to me because I do not have a tremendous amount to lose! :)
Also, I had a full 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep last night! And this morning I felt great, I did not even remember that I had only drank juice the past day!
Thanks for all of your support it has really helped me so far even if it was only 2 days!

i think what your doing is great! i want to do this. don't give up on yourself!! stay strong because after the experience, you'll look back on it as such an achievement
