Eat Clean To Be Lean: Carrot Juice!

Hey everyone! I am going to start a new series on my blog called "Eat Clean to Be Lean". I want to show you some of my clean and healthy food recipes! By clean I mean NO PROCESSED FOODS!! All of these recipes are going to be fresh, and healthy recipes contain fruits and vegetables. Now I know what you are thinking... EWWW I don't want to eat fruits and vegetables they are so gross and to that I say FALSE! Fruits and vegetables do not have to be boring!

Eating clean is much healthier for your body and also it will brighten your mood! Also, it can clear and brighten your skin, hair, nails, etc.

My recipe for today is carrot juice! It is so simple and surprisingly tastes delicious!

You will need some carrots (I use organic)

and some cinnamon 

Also, you will need a juicer, start placing the carrots into the juicer and juice away!

Isn't the color so pretty!

I made about 2 1/2 cups of carrot juice and added some cinnamon on top and I drank it all up! Shockingly the carrot juice is so sweet and delicious!
